Frequently Asked Questions about CM 2007 brought to you by Rhett and Link

The talented Rhett and Link have brought some entertaining answers to your deepest, most secret questions about CM07. For those of you who are not American, I thought I would just fill you in that these are jokes, and not actual answers to your actual questions. Except, perhaps, for question number 6.

Here are questions 3 and 4:

Aaaaaand, questions 5 and 6:

Now that the Singaporean Limited Time Only videos are gone, I hereby declare these videos to be the funniest. But who knows, perhaps someone else will upload a hilarious video for our enjoyment.

Question: will the mysteriously lit Rhett and Link break into CM07? Or do they only do that for the Grammys?

Venezuela students on the Road to Korea

I got a little something in my inbox today... it was a note from one of my buddies in Venezuela, wanting to let me know the students in Merida have put together a video for CM07 in which they ask people to help them get to Korea. I watched the video and enjoyed it, so here it is for you!

If you have questions about the Merida team, or would like to support someone in this video by donating toward their trip, you can e-mail Amber Coons at Amber.Coons(at)uscm.org.

CM 07 means LOOOOOVE!

If you blinked, you missed it!

We had to take down the Singaporean videos promoting CM07.

Which means that you missed the funniest videos ever. I mean it, the funniest videos you would have ever seen. If you were drinking milk while you were watching them, that selfsame milk would come right out your nose. It was that funny.

Africa Has a Dream of a Transformed Continent

Here's a great video interviewing Austin Okomowho, the leader of the campus ministry in Africa. I would say that this video is the one where I first grasped the importance of CM07. I've paraphrased the things that Austin says here to lots of other people, so I'm glad to see that it's available online for all of us now!

Also, there's now a group on YouTube where you can see a large collection of CM07 videos. You can go to the video collection here. There are over 20 videos available right now!

Hong Kong CM2007 video

Here's one of the Hong Kong videos for CM2007. I like how the videos from different countries show our cultural differences. We emphasize different things, the lengths of the videos are different, the amount of words, the differences in music. Take a look... whether or not you speak the language. You'll get the idea!

New video

Check out this video.

I particularly like that last line. Pretty funny.

I can't wait for this summer!

Now, one thing I have to ask all of those world experts out there. Does it bother you that Americans aren't called United Statesians? Be honest! Come on, you know it bothers you.

Okay, maybe it's just me.
