Collide

Tonight is the start of our winter conference for our region. It's called "Collide." I should be meeting a lot of students and staff that are headed to Korea this summer, and talking to a lot of people who haven't heard about it yet. I'll try to find a couple of people I can interview and put their thoughts up on this site.

Dreaming About Korea

Here's a video that shows leaders from around the world sharing their dreams about what might happen at CM2007.

It's in English with Korean subtitles.

What is in a name?

I've had some people ask me, "What are we supposed to call this thing?"

It's a good question. I've heard it called "Campus Mission 2007." That is, I think, the official name.

When I first heard about it, it was called CM2007. I couldn't remember what the CM stood for at first.

A recent innovation has been calling it "CM o7." I like that. It's simpler.

Some people just say, "Korea". I think that's fine, because this will be the most exciting thing going on in Korea next July, I think.

Some people even call it "double O 7." Just like James Bond.

I think all these names are totally fine. Any other names that you've heard out there?
